BROCCOLI ONION MUSHROOM DELUX 
16 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 med. onion
Mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese

1. Blanch broccoli.

2. In saucepan melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook until bubbly and thick; reduce heat. Blend in cream cheese.

3. Place vegetables in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over. Mix. Top with grated cheeses.

4. Cover and chill.

5. Bake covered 1/2 hour and uncovered 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
