8 med. potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion, diced
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. mushroom soup
1 mushroom can of milk
1 box frozen peas, optional

Mix. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
