1 (No. 2) can pie cherries
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
3 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar

Combine above ingredients and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add 1 package fruit gelatin (strawberry or raspberry) and cool thoroughly. Add 3-4 bananas (chopped) and 1 cup chopped nuts. Put into baked pie shells and top with Dream Whip. Makes three (8 inch) pies.
