1 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Salt and pepper

Grease pie plate. Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Bake about 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
