BUFFALO-STYLE CHICKEN WINGS 
Non-stick vegetable spray
14 whole chicken wings
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
5-6 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray cookie sheet. Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry. Place on prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Combine butter, hot pepper sauce, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Place wings in covered container. Pour butter mixture over wings, reserving some marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Turn several times. Before serving, broil wings 3-4 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, turning until brown and crisp; brush often with reserved marinade. Brush with any remaining marinade before serving. Yields 28 individual wings.
