ALMOND PUDDING LOAF 
1 1/3 c. toasted, finely chopped almonds
2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. rum extract or almond extract
1 to 2 tsp. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan, 9x13 inch. Sprinkle half of almonds on bottom and sides of pan. Beat rest of nuts with Bisquick, sugar, pudding, 2/3 cup milk, oil and eggs. Beat on medium heat for 3 minutes. Scraping bowl, pour in pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Check center with toothpick cool on rack.

GLAZE:

Beat 1 cup powdered sugar, rum or almond extract, 1 to 2 teaspoons milk until smooth. Spread on loaf. Good on Christmas time.
