1 c. Bisquick
3 c. diced zucchini
1 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion, diced
2 tsp. parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 fresh green pepper, chopped
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, oil and salt. Pour egg mixture over first 9 ingredients and mix together. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
