CARROT LOAF | |
3 eggs 3 c. sugar 1 c. cooking oil 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. grated carrots 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained 2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs with sugar, cooking oil, flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well. Add carrots and pineapple and vanilla. Spoon into greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve cold. |
