SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. sliced apples

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, softened

Combine sour cream, egg, lemon juice and flour. Fold in apples and place in pastry shell. Place streusel ingredients in bowl and mix with pastry cutter or fork until crumbly. Place atop apples and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with fresh whipped cream.

Serves 7-8.
