SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg
2 c. diced tart apples
Pie crust

Beat together cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, and egg. Add apples. Pour into 8 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter; sprinkle on top. Bake 20 minutes longer.
