1 stick butter

Wash potatoes. Slice in 1-inch slices. Put a thin slice of onion and thin slice of butter between each slice of potato. Hold potato together and wrap in tinfoil. Repeat procedure with each potato. Lay them on a pan.

Bake in oven at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
