GREEK FARM SALAD 
1 lb. tomatoes (cut into wedges)
1 salad cucumber, sliced
2 bell peppers (1 green, 1 red, cut in wedges)
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
1 sm. can pitted black olives, drained
3 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges
1/3 lb. (150 g.) goat cheese feta, cut in cubes

SAUCE FOR SALAD:

3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt

Combine ingredients for sauce and toss with vegetables, egg and cheese.
