TUNA PIE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 slightly beaten egg
1 can tuna, drained
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (1 c.)
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. onion

For pie shell: Combine first 5 ingredients. Press in bottom and sides of lightly buttered pie plate. Sprinkle tuna over.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tuna. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
