BATTER FRIED ZUCCHINI STICKS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. zucchini, cut into 3 inch sticks
Oil
Hollandaise sauce

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg, and 2 tablespoons oil, beat well. Pat zucchini dry. Lightly flour. Dip, one at a time, in batter. Deep fry on 375 degrees until brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with hollandaise sauce.
