EASY MORNING MICROWAVE MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Combine milk, oil, eggs, and sugar; add remaining ingredients. Stir only until flour is moistened. Line 6 cup muffin pan with paper cups. Fill 2/3 full. Cook on medium 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. If desired, dip tops of muffins in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar mixture. Store, covered, until ready to serve. |
