EASY MORNING MICROWAVE MUFFINS 
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine milk, oil, eggs, and sugar; add remaining ingredients. Stir only until flour is moistened. Line 6 cup muffin pan with paper cups. Fill 2/3 full. Cook on medium 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. If desired, dip tops of muffins in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar mixture. Store, covered, until ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
