SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 of an 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Sliced strawberries (optional)

Soften cream cheese; blend until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with sliced strawberries.
