NANIE'S HOT PEPPER SAUCE 
3/4 qt. vinegar
1/4 qt. water
1 heaping tsp. salt
Jalapeno peppers

Wash peppers and drain well in colander. Pack peppers in sterilized bottles or jars as tight as possible. Pour boiling vinegar over peppers and seal. Let set at least a month before using. No need to process. Best severed over any sort of beans, or bean soup.
