ORANGE-PORK CHOP BAKE 
1 1/4 c. instant rice
1 c. orange juice
6 lean pork chops, browned
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken-rice soup

Sprinkle rice in shallow casserole; add orange juice. Place pork chops as next layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with soup. Cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
