CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or 5 chicken breasts, stewed & deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
40 Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix soup, sour cream and onion in pan. Heat until bubbly. Add cut up chicken, heat thoroughly, then pour in baking dish. Coat crackers with butter. Then sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Recipe double easily for company.)
