CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips
8 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. cooked chopped broccoli
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter

Arrange chicken in a buttered oven dish. Cover with cooked broccoli. Top with cheese slices. In deep bowl, combine soup and wine. Mix well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
