BBQ BRISKET 
1 bottle Chris & Pitts Original BBQ sauce
1 bottle Chris and Pitts Sweet and Smokey BBQ sauce
2 onions
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Lawry's no salt to taste
Granulated garlic to taste
Seasoned pepper to taste

Slice onions and put in bottom of roasting pan. Lay brisket on top of onions. Season brisket on both sides and lay in pan - fat side up. Put onion soup mix on top. Pour both bbq sauces on top.

Fill each bottle half way with water and put in pan. Cook in 325 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. One hour before it is ready take out and slice, put slices back in sauce and continue cooking the additional hour.
