BEANS AND BEEF 
1 1/2 c. chopped onions or 6 tbsp. dried flakes
1 lb. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
1/3 c. tomato catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. flavor enhancer (M.S.G.)

Saute onions and ground beef in large skillet until beef has browned, stirring constantly. Add beans and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low until hot and flavors are blended, about 10 minutes.
