PUMPKIN BLENDER PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 (#303) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger

Put all ingredients in blender on high speed for 10 seconds. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan. Pour in mixture and bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Makes its own crust. Top with whipped cream.
