CARAMEL APPLE DESSERT 
4 to 6 apples, cored & cut wedges
1 jar caramel ice cream topping (12 oz.)
1 c. roasted chopped peanuts

Just before serving, cut apples and arrange on a platter or individual plates. Heat caramel topping according to package directions. Put peanuts in small bowl. Dip apples in caramel, then in peanuts. Serves 6.
