1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Beat egg white until stiff. While beating gradually add brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Fold in nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto buttered and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
