3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sift flour, coffee and salt. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, continue beating until stiff. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in nuts. Bake in 8x8 inch pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
