CASSEROLE OF FRUIT 
1 can each of peaches, pears, apricots, chunk pineapple, and sweet potatoes
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries
1/4 c. blanched almonds
1/4 stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar

Drain fruit; melt butter. (Can stir in small amount of curry.) Add brown sugar. Arrange fruit and sweet potatoes in casserole. Pour hot butter and brown sugar mix over and bake until hot and bubbly in 350 degree oven. Good served with ham. Almonds can be either in dish or sprinkled on top when ready to serve.
