QUICK FRUIT SALAD MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. strawberry banana Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. canned pineapple juice
1 sm. can chunk pineapple
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
6-8 cherries, halved (optional)
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix Jello with water. Add cheese. On low setting, beat until cheese is in small pieces. Add other ingredients; top with cherries. Chill overnight or at least 12 hours.
