SEVEN UP JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling hot water
2 c. 7-up
1 (20 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. finely chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1 c. reserved pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar or 1/4 c. juice (if sweetened)
Cool whip
Shredded cheese

Mix Jello with boiling water; cool slightly. Stir in 7-up; add drained pineapple and marshmallows. Pour into 9 x 13 inch container and chill until firm. Combine topping ingredients and cook until thick; stirring constantly. Refrigerate. When cooled, spread on thickened Jello; top with cool whip or Dream whip. Garnish with nuts and shredded cheese.
