CHILI 
2 lbs. lean hamburger
4 cans kidney beans, drained
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. diced frozen onions
4 c. diced celery, cooked
2 pkgs. Schilling chili mix
2 tsp. salt

Brown and cook hamburger. Drain. Add other ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer 1 to 2 hours or more. Makes 6 quart roaster full.
