BOURBON BAKED BEANS | |
4 (16 oz.) cans Boston Baked Beans 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. bottled chili sauce 1 tbsp. molasses 1/2 c. brewed strong coffee 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained) 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. bourbon Combine beans (with liquid), mustard, chili sauce, molasses, coffee, pineapple, brown sugar and bourbon in a crockpot. Mix well. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Remove lid 30 minutes before serving and turn on high to steam off excess liquid. Makes 8 to 10 servings. |
