NO-BAKE BOURBON BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed fine (3 c.)
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. bourbon (or rum)
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Mix all ingredients except granulated sugar. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Age for 3 days in airtight container.
