CORN PUDDING 
2 or 3 eggs (3 if small)
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 can corn, drained if not vacuum packed or 10 oz. frozen
1/2 c. milk
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp. butter, divided over top

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until custardy and knife comes out clear.
