PARMESAN BREAD STICKS 
1 loaf (1 lb.) French bread
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut loaf into 5 pieces, each about 4 inches long; cut each piece lengthwise into 6 sticks. Brush cut sides with butter and sprinkle with cheese. Place sticks on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden, about 8 minutes. Makes 30 bread sticks.
