PIZZA 
CRUST FOR 2:

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening (I like Crisco)
1 3/4 c. boiling water
6 c. flour

Sprinkle yeast in cup with warm water, let stand 4 minutes, then mix until dissolved.

In a separate bowl put sugar, salt and Crisco. Add boiling water. Stir to melt Crisco, let set until water is lukewarm. Add yeast and stir. Then add flour. Knead until mixed good. Divide dough into 2 parts. Spread dough into buttered pizza pans.

For the topping I use Ragu (however tomato sauce can be used). Then add hamburger, onion, mushrooms, olives, bacon, cheese or whatever. Note: You can freeze the dough if you want. Bake pizza at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
