BROCCOLI & PASTA 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pasta
3 c. broccoli florets
2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 c. cherry tomatoes, chopped (optional)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 red pepper (green, yellow or red), chopped

Cook pasta. Three minutes before pasta is done add broccoli to pasta; drain. Return to saucepan. Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat butter and oil. Add garlic. Add pepper and cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes; heat through. Add vegetable mixture to drained pasta and broccoli tossing well. Season with cheese, salt and pepper.
