BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1 pkg. of 8 refrigerated crescent rolls 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash browns 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Cook sausage until brown. Drain fat. Separate crescent dough to fit a 12 inch pizza pan. Press together spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes, then Cheddar cheese. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. NOTE: Make sure to make an edge on crust so it doesn't run over in your oven. |
