BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack of hash brown potatoes (thawed)
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage; take off fat. Separate crescent rolls; roll out. Press on bottom and sides to form crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Top with cheese.

In a bowl mix eggs and milk. Pour over pizza. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Make 6-8 servings. Double recipe makes a cookie sheet.
