BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices white bread, cubed, crust cut off
1 lb. cooked sausage
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
6 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can mushroom halves

This can be made the night before and refrigerated. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Arrange layers of bread, cooked sausage, cheese, and mushrooms. Combine rest of ingredients and pour overtop. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
