5 HOUR BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew
1 med. onion
1 med. stalk celery
Carrots
Potatoes
1 lg. can green beans
1 lg. can peas
1 lg. can mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 can tomato sauce
3/4 c. red wine

Put all ingredients in a pan and sprinkle with seasonings and tapioca. Do not stir. Add tomato sauce and red wine (any kind, but do not substitute cooking sherry). Cover tightly with foil, never stirring. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
