YUMMY POTATOES 
10 potatoes, boiled in jackets, cooled, peeled & grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Add onions to potatoes. Combine butter, cream of chicken soup in pan, heat until blended together well. Take off stove and add grated cheese and sour cream. Fold into potatoes. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
