1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter (soft)

Mix the above ingredients with hands - press mixture in 9 x 12 inch baking pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese

Mix with mixer and pour over first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
