CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix above together and put 1/2 mixture in a lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile, melt 1 (14 ounce) package Kraft caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Stir until caramels are melted. After the first layer has baked for 6 minutes, pour caramel mixture over first layer. Sprinkle 1 cup (small package) chocolate chips over caramel mixture. Spread rest of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
