FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 (#303) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts (optional)
3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
6-8 slices crisp fried bacon
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix salad oil, vinegar, catsup, sugar, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Add crumbled bacon, then pour over the spinach mixture. Serves 10.
