FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients in the blender. May be made 1-2 days prior to using.

SALAD:

1 lb. fresh spinach
Bean sprouts
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
4 boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. seasoned croutons
1 can mandarin oranges

Clean spinach; remove stems and dry well. Place all ingredients in salad bowl. At serving time, toss with dressing.
