FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
6 chopped green onions
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 boiled egg, sliced
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine spinach, mushrooms, onions, eggs and bacon in large bowl; set aside. Combine salad oil, sugar, mustard and salt in bowl; mix well. Slowly add vinegar and mix well. Toss spinach mixture with dressing and season with salt and pepper. 8 servings.
