TANGY PORK CHOPS | |
1/3 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. water 4 pork chops No browning necessary. Combine first 6 ingredients and spoon over pork chops. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste often. The secret is not to overbake! Serves 4. |
