SALMON SPREAD 
Red Salmon (1 can)
Fresh dill weed
Grated onion
12 big tbsp. cottage cheese
Mayonnaise one or two heaping tbsp.
Squirt of lemon juice

Use fat free mayonnaise and low fat cottage cheese to lower fat intake. Drain most of juice from salmon. Chop dill weed in salmon. Add grated onion. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well. Good as a sandwich spread or even better with crackers.
