GEORGIA CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
6 sm. eggs
6 heaping tsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, shortening, sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat 1 minute after each egg. Add milk and dry ingredients alternately. Stir in vanilla. Bake in large greased tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
