SPICY CHEESE DIP 
2 lbs. Kraft Velveeta cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian pork sausage (or Jimmy Dean pork sausage)
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef and pork sausage, drain off grease. Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave oven. Add all ingredients to melted cheese and stir. Serve hot over tortilla chips or baked potatoes. Works well to serve from crock pot at low setting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
